Gov. Abiodun inaugurates Security Trust Fund committee
Governor Dapo Abiodun has set up a new committee to oversee the reinvigorated Ogun State Security Trust Fund.
During the inauguration in Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun tasked the committee chaired by Mr. Bolaji Balogun, with the transparent management of resources, both financial and human, in the government’s effort to secure lives and properties in the state.
Mr. Opeyemi Agbaje was selected as the Executive Secretary and other members include Rtd Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Olushola Subair; Chief Financial Officer, Access Bank, Seyi Kumapayi; Group Executive, Commercial Banking, First Bank, Seyi Oyefeso; and Executive Director, Wema Bank, Wole Akinleye.
Meanwhile, Ogun State Security Trustfund was formed to provide necessary financial and human resources required for the prevention of crime and the maintenance of law and order, through an alliance with corporate organisations.
